The integrated testing and evaluation framework (ITEF) is a toolchain to support FOTs in test planning, execution and evaluation. Is is composed of several individual tools (such as ITS Testing Unit or WebScenarioEditor which are interlinked.
ITEF consists of tools for FOT study design, Fleet and Driver Management and for real-time support of naturalistic and controlled tests. Log data handling is done onboard with the ITS Testing Unit and at test-site level with the Logstation. Support for multiple testsites is included. Evaluation is done with replay and data plotting features. The ITEF suite is interlinked with VSimRTI.
ITEF, specifically the WebScE was integrated in simTD and DRIVE C2X.
