Strengths

Large data capacities possible. Independant from wireless network coverage.

Limitations

Data has to be "picked up" manually from FOT vehicles. Depending on the schedule, the vehicle's internal storage and USB medium capacity have to be adapted. Medium-transferal, copying and handling can be labour-intensive.
