This is the Data page creation form. It adds a new entry to the Data Catalogue. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page. The preferred syntax for the name is "Project name - Test site or Data name", where project name is the primary FOT, NDS, etc. the data set is attributed to (later you can specify others). After the hyphen you should add some identifier for the data set such as a name or the test site where the data was collected.
