"Eco-driving on ARCOS open roads" is not a large scale testing programme and cannot be considered as a FOT. But results of the programme are relevant to the FOT-net objectives and can provide valuable inputs to the FOT-net conclusions. “Eco-driving on ARCOS open roads” partners’ expertise justifies integrating them among the community of FOT-net stakeholders.

The objective is to point out benefits of using eco-driving rules and methods on open roads and develop a model of driver behaviour.
